1. Digital Products Policy (Non-Refundable)

All purchases of game top-ups, in-game currencies (such as Free Fire Diamonds, PUBG UC, Mobile Legends Diamonds), gift cards, and software vouchers are final and non-refundable once the order has been marked as Completed or successfully delivered.

Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, reloaded, or resold after delivery.

একবার কোনো অর্ডার "Completed" বা সফলভাবে ডেলিভার্ড হিসেবে চিহ্নিত হলে, সেই ডিজিটাল পণ্য ফেরত, পরিবর্তন বা পুনরায় বিক্রয় করা সম্ভব নয়।

২. কোন ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড পাওয়া যাবে?

নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হতে পারে:

আপনি সফলভাবে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার পরেও যদি স্টক সমস্যা বা প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে ২৪–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে আপনি সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড পাওয়ার যোগ্য হবেন।

🔹 সিস্টেমজনিত ত্রুটি

যদি আমাদের সিস্টেমের ত্রুটির কারণে একই অর্ডারের জন্য একাধিকবার চার্জ কাটা হয়, তাহলে অতিরিক্ত কেটে নেওয়া অর্থ ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।

- ভুল Player ID, User UID বা Character Name প্রদান করার ফলে ডিজিটাল পণ্য ভুল অ্যাকাউন্টে পাঠানো হলে। - ভুলবশত অন্য পণ্য ক্রয় করলে অথবা পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর মত পরিবর্তন করলে। - গেম প্রকাশকের নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের কারণে আপনার গেম অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যান, সাসপেন্ড বা সীমাবদ্ধ করা হলে। - অর্ডার সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন ও ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পরে।

৪. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ও সময়সীমা

রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে, অর্থ আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই ফেরত পাঠানো হবে, যেমন:
