When purchasing game top-ups such as Free Fire Diamonds, PUBG UC, Mobile Legends Diamonds, and other digital products, you must provide the correct Player ID, Character ID, or User UID.

Hero TopUp Ghor is not responsible for credits, diamonds, UC, or other digital items delivered to the wrong account due to incorrect information or typing errors provided by the customer.

Orders successfully delivered to an incorrect UID cannot be reversed, modified, or refunded.

3. Payments & Transactions

All payments made through bKash, Nagad, Binance Pay, or any other supported payment method must be successfully verified.

Customers may be required to provide a Transaction ID (TxID), payment screenshot, or other proof of payment for verification purposes.

Any attempt to submit fraudulent payments, fake transaction details, chargebacks, or other forms of payment abuse may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and may lead to legal action where applicable.

২. অর্ডারের সঠিকতা ও Player ID নীতি

গেম টপ-আপ (যেমন Free Fire Diamonds, PUBG UC, Mobile Legends Diamonds ইত্যাদি) ক্রয়ের সময় অবশ্যই সঠিক Player ID, Character ID অথবা UID প্রদান করতে হবে।

ভুল Player ID, UID অথবা অন্যান্য তথ্য প্রদানের কারণে ভুল অ্যাকাউন্টে ডায়মন্ড, UC বা অন্যান্য আইটেম পাঠানো হলে Hero TopUp Ghor কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না।

একবার কোনো অর্ডার ভুল UID-তে সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে তা ফেরত আনা, পরিবর্তন করা বা রিফান্ড প্রদান করা সম্ভব নয়।

৩. পেমেন্ট ও লেনদেন

bKash, Nagad অথবা Binance Pay-এর মাধ্যমে করা সকল পেমেন্ট অবশ্যই সফলভাবে যাচাইকৃত হতে হবে।
